stones, and their characteristics. As previously mentioned when dealing with the
commercial classification of stone there is a cross-over of true geological
stone
types into commercial trade
classifications. So some
of this information is generic
in nature. Also the properties of hardness, porosity and absorption varies within
geological stone types, so the information presented herein are ranges.
